Who we are
YapCard (yapcard.club) is a free website that makes shareable cards from X profiles. Contact us at support@yapcard.club.
What we read
YapCard reads public information on X, such as a profile, public counts and public posts, through a third-party service that reads X on our behalf. We don't use anyone's X login or password, and you never need to sign up.
What we keep
- Lookup log: the time, the tool, the handle and whether it worked. Kept for 90 days.
- Card results: kept for up to 24 hours, then deleted.
- Daily stats: for Daily X Stats, Follower Milestone and Monthly Recap, we save public follower and post counts once a day. Kept for about 400 days. Stopping deletes the history.
- Who followed since yesterday: Daily X Stats keeps the handles of the newest followers for two days, so it can show who is new. Older lists are deleted.
- Revenue keys: used once to read your figures. They are not saved or logged.
- Visit totals: page views and visitor counts per day. We don't store IP addresses.
- Page views: we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views and visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data.
- Sponsor details: what you send us to apply. Payments go through Dodo Payments, so we never see your card number.
Cookies
The website doesn't set cookies, and we don't use ad trackers.
Who helps us run the site
We use companies for hosting, security, storage and payments. They process data only to run the service for us. We don't sell your information.
Your choices
- Opt out: stop us from looking up your account. See Don't want to be on YapCard?
- Ask or delete: ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@yapcard.club. We'll respond as soon as we can.
- Other rights: if you live somewhere with privacy laws, such as the EU, UK or California, you may have extra rights. We'll handle requests the way those laws require.
Children
YapCard isn't for children under 13, or the higher age in your country. If a child's account was looked up, use the opt-out.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
Not affiliated with X
YapCard is independent. It isn't made by or connected to X Corp.
